Does Anyone Feel?
I am wondering if its possible to feel as well on thyroid replacement as I did pre hypothyroid. Just for background looking back 4 years ago I felt really fit and healthy, had plenty of energy, was going to the gym. Then the pandemic hit and my gym closed down and went bust. In June 2020 I finally started

Which ndt is the best in combination with levothyroxine?
Hi, I have noticed that levothyroxine dosages that exceed 100 mcg give me unpleasant side effects. I need 125 - 137 daily t4 and would like to add the difference from 100 mcg in ndt. Also I take aprox 18 mcg t3 slow release split in 3 doses. I tried to add 1/2 grain of erfa and thyroid-s but I feel

Plain English for a layman please!
He has Gleason 5 + 5 disease and regional disease by NCCN classification I'm currently in my 4th month of

(3-month Eligard injections and 1000mg/d abiraterone), initially planned to last 2 years. I'm set to start proton therapy around 2/1/23.

Epigenetics - Heritability - Cadmium
Soon after diagnosis I joined a group headed by a man who viewed PCa as a modern disease with its origin in the womb. His bugbear was "Estrogen-like endocrine disrupting chemicals" (EEDC). I had come across the weird PCa risk factor of the second to fourth digit ratio, which seemed like voodoo science

Switching from T4-T3 combination to NDT
I’m currently on T4 (150 mcg)+T3 (30mcg) combination (taking 1.5 Novothyral; 1 Novothyral has 100mcg T4 and 20mcg T3, I hope my math is correct), but decided to try Thyroid S NDT. Any suggestions which dose to use? And should I split it during the day, the way I do with the combination therapy? What

Does a big drop in PSA a month after the start of hormone treatment possibly represent a higher chance of cure?
Hi all, I have been researching and I have been wondering if big drops in PSA right after hormone treatment should give you more hope at a cure or if this does not change the situation at all? Father PSA of 226 dropped to 3 one month after Firmagon shot, and then 0.3 a month after that, and then 0.13

Why disparity in NDT prices ?
I have been fortunate to recieve many kind recommendations for NDT suppliers, and I am astonished at the diferences in cost of each different products !

actual castration instead of ADT
I am told I will be on these or some form of
ADT
for the rest of my life. Since the goal is to eliminate testosterone wouldn’t it make sense to remove the source of it? By doing so one could avoid all the nasty inevitable side effects. Thoughts?

Obtaining NDT ?
HI, I have a problem with oedema in both my legs and I think it's related to my thyroid !I have only had my antibodies checked once in ten years and they were off the charts 1000 + ! I am currently taking 125mg Levothyroxine but worried this is the correct treatment as I only get checked for my TSH

Update after 6 months on SARMS Osterine and Carderine along with ADT
I said I would keep my experiment n=1 with SARMS updated for any fellow warriors. PSA still undetectable: 12/7/2022 PSA <0.1 all liver numbers normal. Briefly: RP 2015, then 37 treatments of EBRT after PSA started rising shortly after. Bio recurrence 2019. May-25-2022 TEST RESULTS: PSA 15.2, T
