Swollen on lower legs, ankles and feet
I’ve tried elevating them as well as
massage
and nothing seems to work... is this something I should be worried about or just keep an eye on?

Head and Neck lymphoedema ?
This can impact on eating , swallowing and speech, but simple self-
massage
, head, neck, shoulder mobilisations and breathing techniques can help reduce your swelling and improve function. The following websites have excellent video advice: Cancer Research Uk. https://www.youtube.com/watch?

The Value of a Good Compounding Pharmacist, a True Story
They included deep tissue
massage

Week seven blues
I want to get my gait tested but the shop it shut 😢 I’m doing all the before and after stretches we are meant to do and have a
massage
stick. I tried a salt bath which did help a little and I’ve put deep heat on before I’ve gone out haha.

Frustrated about "anxiety"
It seems like, when I see any medical professionals who DON'T specialise in FND (GPs, physios, physiatrists,
massage
therapists neurologists and even psychiatrists) they treat me like a normal human being and say I don't have psychological problems, but can identify the physical problems.

Swelled up tissue (sensitive/painful erections) after circumcision
The lump/bump is sensitive when I gently
massage
it and it honestly feels like this clump of swelled tissue. The worst part is that when I have an erection it hurts like crazy on that specific lump.

Throat/neck issues
Ive started doing
massage
, stretching and self chiropractic but the tender points seem more tender with relief to my ears as the pressure has gone. What I call a dull fatigue. Im on 30mg of Duloxtine (which I am going to increase) and ACE for high blood pressure.

10 great reasons to love the pomegranate
Some swear by the whack-with-a-wooden-spoon method; others
massage
out those ruby-red arils in a bowl of water to keep things neat. Any way you choose to undertake this task, it’s worth your effort. And not only because the juicy seeds add visual flair and a sweet-tart pop to a variety of dishes.

. A heating pad has made no difference. Has anyone else had this severe muscle pain and found a solution. I'm feeling desperate.

So, I may have had a breakthrough...
My housemate would
massage
my bum cheek every night! Where a hard, nerve was! Likely sciatic! Nothing stopped this pain, NOTHING! Now, I’m assuming, seeing as my bowel and ovary are stuck to each other, and to my side wall, that a nerve had become trapped!

Feeling great. Uplifting run
I also decided to do super slow so that didn’t undo any of good strengthening exercises and
massage
treatments. I felt so good 💪 that I continued on to 5k. For the first time in 3 month I was jogging properly and comfortably.

If I loosen my watch strap and
massage
my hand it comes back to life eventually! My pacemaker kicks in when I sleep - but it does not seem to help when I am at my desk. I have just done an ECG, and my pulse if 57 - the pacemaker is supposed to keep it at at least 60.

Anyone tried the vibration plate calfs massage?
Hello everyone, Hope you are all well and safe. I suffer with restless legs for the past 4 years. I am not taking any medication for it as my GP said I am a bit young to take such strong medication. However, I have tried lots of different things to ease the symptoms but not many worked so far. As
