dbs and massage chairs
THis might sound trival but I cannot find a good full
massage
chair which is pacemaker /DBS friendly. They all exclude people with these devices. Same goes for vibration plates. I get it, they both emit electromagnetic fields. So does my microwave and phone.

I did some yoga stretches and got my
massage
gun out. I then went and hung on some scaffolding outside the house to stretch it out. I popped an ibuprofen got back in the car and drove to the stadium.

Crazy heart fluttering, worried
Asked husband to do deep
massage
on a spot by my shoulder blade which usually gets rid of palpitations and it brought my pulse up to 6 0 but it's so erratic my BP machine can't give a reading. It just says error. Oxymeter says pulse is 60 and Oxygen is 98%.

Tequila!!! For your health and longevity?
A few years back, my wife and I did a Groupon coupon for a Couples
Massage
. I had an elderly Hispanic Woman with big puffy hands and a gentle disposition. We quietly talked while I had this great
massage
. Lady:what brought you to St Petersburg?

drainage
hi I started drainage
massage
last week with physio. Not really knowing what to expect. First session she massaged with hands, second later in week she used a machine which I felt was rather strong and uncomfortable. That night my legs felt very alive and hot. Is this normal.

This weekends half marathon!
It seems to have recovered quite well in just a week with rest and
massage
. I did a strength and stretch session yesterday and plan to do a couple more before Sunday but I'm purposefully not running until then.

Trimbo 172 inhaler upper back muscle pain
I’m not sure if this is a side effect but since starting it I have had upper back muscle area pain around my shoulder blades , it’s the type of pain that you feel the muscles are tight and need a good
massage
but it’s driving me insane as it’s all day . Has anyone experienced this in there backs ?

My physio picked up a few calf knots I had missed on a sports
massage
this morning, but my use of the smooth roller and spiky
massage
ball has improved too….so next to zero hcalf cramps or niggles as I run along.

Physiotherapy
Sometimes she would
massage
a particular part of my body. I found I benefitted from the sessions and continue to do many of the exercises daily. I was surprised that I never did the exercises during the meetings and therefore never established that I was doing them properly . Good luck

Gabapentin & withdrawal from neuro patch
I eventually manage to get to sleep after
massage
hot bath etc.. my doctors are pretty useless in their knowledge so before I speak to them can I ask if I should just stop this last half of patch and increase my gabapentin?

Follow-up: ER Visit for Excruciating Back Spasms
He was sad I could not afford and physio or
massage
clinic. Boo hoo! He says it's "my posture" as well. Now this could be possible as regular sitting or standing lasts for about 2 minutes. I try to keep myself as upright as possible.

Using a massage gun for pain relief.
Does anyone have experience of or an opinion on using a
massage
gun, carefully, for shoulder and back pain relief when on an anti coagulant? I see a sports
massage
therapist who helps quite a bit but it's expensive to go regularly and the
massage
gun might help in between sessions.

Pain and swelling in one breast, 29 weeks
I just want to know if this is normal, and if I should be doing something to try to treat it - warm compresses,
massage
etc. Did any of you have this around this time (29 and a half weeks) xx
