Hi Antony,Welcome to our Community, great that you have found us.

If you've recently developed insomnia, it sounds as though something may have happened just prior to this.

Sleep deprivation is the most awful thing, I've been there and the best ways I've found to help are

Try and face what's worrying you- can you do anything about the worry?

Take exercise, walking running, dancing (alone in your room of course 😀) then,

Take a warm shower or bath,

Listen to calming music on your headphones,

Try a Mindfulness body scan anytime during the day but especially when you in bed if you can't sleep.

Obviously these are only suggestions, but I hope something works for you, do let us know.

Thanks chloe

I've been trying most of your suggestions and last night I got a good few hours.

The meditation helped the most to calm the mind. Thank you for your help
