Stress is part of everyone's lives but it's when it gets out of control that we stat having problems.
You haven't said, but I imagine there is something in your life that is causing you to feel overwhelmed. If you can't reduce the stress by changing or adapting the cause, you'll need to try something else like exercise, running, dancing or
Mindfulness.
You would benefit from keeping a journal, this will helps you identify the cause and areas that need changing.

I have found much of the stress I experience comes from not having appropriate boundaries. There is a great resource by Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend called "Boundaries." I highly recommend it. Once we begin to establish boundaries with others our lives become much more manageable. Best wishes to you!
