My best friend kill herself a month ago, I need to talk with someone, I feel empty, weird, I feel like a kind of energy that stays in my body that does not let me breathe, as if it were pressing me-
Before dying (the day before and the days before) she told me everything, there are many things that I know many do not, and I feel that saying them would be like betraying her, even this.

So sorry for your loss! Your grief is understandable! Also, your loyalty to your friend is admirable. Yet, is not telling anyone about your last talks what is best for you? Will bottling it up eat at you?
Have you considered counseling? A good counselor can give you strategies to deal with your grief and advice whether you should tell others. Christian counseling has been very helpful for me in the past. Would that be a step you might consider?
What a terrible shock for you! {{{hugs}}} you clearly need to be referred to a professional bereavement counsellor or therapist to talk everything through. In the meantime, come on over to my Bereavement forum, we'll support you there and we have lots of resources for you to contact.
