Hi there im looking for some advise on PIP appeals, I was a pip claimant and was awarded enhanced care last year, i had a new diagnosis so i contacted the dwp of my change of circumtances and they took the orginal award away from me. I then asked for a reconsideration, and this came back and they only awarded me the standard daily living. my next step is tribunal? can anyone advised me of how i should put my case forward? what i should include?
