Face and nose rash/redness with history of joint pain and inflammation

Hi everyone,

I recently posted about my symptoms that most seemingly relate to RA, but in the last few days I have noticed redness across my cheeks and nose that is very symmetrical. I have always been quite a rosy person when it comes to getting over heated or during exercise, but this redness on my face has appeared without anything I can attribute it to. It isn’t itchy or painful but it almost feels slightly warm as if I have minor sunburn. (I haven’t been out in the sun, unfortunately the UK doesn’t offer that this time of year, or ever).

As a background on my symptoms so far, I have been referred to a rheumy to test for RA and other related auto immune diseases but nothing has been highlighted so far in blood tests. Along with this new face rash symptom, I have been suffering with fatigue, joint pain, swelling and redness in my knees, fingers, wrists, big toes and ankles.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I feel so out of whack with my body recently as I’m usually fit and healthy.
