Newly diagnosed and confused

Hi everyone I was recently diagnosed with just a blood test and have not yet seen the ra waiting on referral but lately I have had tremors threw out my hole body and chills as if it was below zero in the house also have felt though I'm going to pass out. Has anyone else experience this. In a way I'm scared that it could be ms and not lupus?
