Hi.. I've suffered with dizziness/wooziness and aura migraines for 4 years almost tried lots of meds nothing helps apart from amitriptyline 10mg other than that a good sleep routine and my symptoms basically disappear soon as my sleep pattern changes my symptoms come back

I think this one to speak to your doctor about. There are many causes, and not all would benefit from medication. For example, I had a dizzy period caused by low electrolytes, and it was ultimately diet that fixed that.
