It is normal to cry, yes.
Sometimes we have a lot of small issues, that just pile up all together and you just feel hopeless. At least I do.
Weather changes and less daylight also make a person feel more blue.

Sometimes i shiver when i sleep like waking up from a bad dream accept there is no bad dream
And as soon as i wake up i have this very bad feeling i don’t know what its called like a mix of sadness and not feeling well
Sometimes i cay and sometimes i try to swallow it and continue my day but it still sticks inside
Even when i get busy or forget about everything and focus on my study this bad feeling will come unannounced and sit inside me and i can’t focus or think
I don’t know if it’s from the breakup i had six months ago or is it just stress but i hope it goes away because i’v had this for months now and its not going

Break ups and stress might be the cause of all of this.
It’s hard and all of the sudden you feel more lonely and not capable of doing things.
If you feel like this during the day, do your best to leave the house and get some fresh air. It does wonders.
To sleep I would recommend an app called anxiety relief. I can’t remember ever finishing it.
