post treatment 5 yrs,now strange symptoms

hello all womb cancer warriors, post treatment ,all removed and some brachytherapy,now experiencing pins and needles in left groin area when defecating, have back pain also, is this a blip or is it ringing any bells with someone. Trying to avoid the gp surgery as feel I may be listed as a hypochondriac,had so much other stuff lately.🤪
