i am taking letrozole from past three years past 6 8 months i am putting on weight feeling lazy all the time otherwise no health promblem

Taking any drugs over a long period requires the body to be stronger enough to withstand the side effects(immunity). I would assume that you might have been feeling weak and therefore reluctant to exercise. Your metabolism might have therefore slowed down. Suggest you try a nutritious diet and add some exercise (at least 3 times a week). The lethargy is indicative of leptin resistance. I am sure your sleep quality must be also poor. You will be waking up tired and with aching muscles. Fresh foods, organic where possible, whole grains and exercise should put things right for you within a fortnight. Hope this helps.
