Do yourself a big favour and don't complicate what essentially is easy to understand.

Carbs raise insulin. Insulin is the storage hormone and it is impossible to lose weight/control diabetes whilst it is constantly elevated in the bloodstream.

Want to lose weight/control diabetes?

Dump the fast acting refined carbs (bread/rice/pasta/potatoes) replace them with green vegetables and start eating lots of naturally occurring fats - butter, cheese, nuts etc.

Actually, Im quite happy with the outcome as I get all macros in a week. I dont think it is complicated at all. Its simple; low carb or high carb. fats controlled on high carbs day. So Im good with the diet. Just want some feedback if anyone has done carb recycling..Anyone else?
