Hi,

As you mentioned in your post 'it took 2 years to gain weight' it will take similar time to lose the weight in safe way. Aim for a weight lose of 2lbs (0.5kg) per week. The best way to lose weight is by doing weight training combined with HIIT workout. Try to google some HIIT workouts. You can do the following for a start with no rest in between the exercise

Burpees - 10 rep

sit-up -10 rep

squats(body weight) -10 rep

push up(knee down/ wall) -10 rep

lunges (body weight) -10 rep

1 min rest and repeat it for 4 times

Also Exercise is the easy part of weight lose, its your diet that makes 80-85% result so eat lot of veg, some meats like chicken, fish, eggs. Also drink 4l of water a day. Avoid eating pizza or junk foods. Try eating a veg salad before every meal makes you lose weight fast. All the best for your weigh loss and engagement.

PS : don't try to change your daily eating habit drastically as you will fail in few days. try small change every day and make it a habit in few weeks before doing more changes.

Regards

Sada
