hello friends i m neha patel 29 years old and my weight is 82 kg ,my height is 5 feet 2 inches and i want to reduce 30 kg in 6 months,how?
hi, ur body mass index shows that u r in early obesity category, regular exercise combined with a balanced diet can help u in weight management. it will take time so, one has to be consistent in efforts. good luck!
Trying cutting out carbs at night.. Have your dinner latest by 8pm... Then walk fr a while... Do light yoga or exercise.. Also if start having green tea aftr each meal.. It helps. Add lots of capsicum, chillies, coriander and black pepper in ur diet
I won’t trust weight loss products. The best thing you can do is first love yourself as you look. Every morning look in the mirror and instead of thinking negative, give your self a big ass smile and say you are pretty. This will boost your confidence.
Second thing you can do is write down your negative points somewhere safe where just you can read them.
Third thing cross those negative points where you are 1000% sure you can live without them.
The rest which u can’t cut , try to lower the quality of them for example if u cant live without chocklate, then instead of having a full bar, have half and every day reduce it.
Last thing you can do is make penpals or friends with like minded people and motivate each other.

you r 82kg so i think first you have to drink 4 to 5 letter water per day which helps you to clean your body.
and than avoid fried breakfast and have healthy food at list once in a day.. so call for further information......

Moderate Exercise with Healthy Diet is the best way to go...
Cardio gets you right on track... Try 30-45 minutes walking at moderate pace at first and increase speed as days go by... Later some interval training (running for 2-3 minutes followed by slow walking for 2-3 minutes) will do wonders... Once you get used to that you could do some different variety (toning of specific areas of muscles to prevent sagging)... if you can;t get walking done try something like Jumping Jacks (Rest in between if you want to, but not for too long... 1-2 minutes maximum)...
When it comes to Food, try those with low calorie densities (Calorie per gram weight) because we eat quite a constant amount of food... Fresh fruits, Vegetables and whole grain cereals are great options...
Avoid eating too much rice. try to fill yourself up with a plate of Raw Veg/ Tossed Salad, without oily dressing, because it fills you up. Best is to avoid rice during breakfast and dinner...
Don't ban junk food completely out of your diet plan (as it will cause cravings), but keep as a special treat (e.g. when you reach a certain goal like losing 5 kg in 1 month, celebrate it with a plate of your favourite food). but make sure to compensate on the other days (e.g. If you have a Burger One day, make a promise to yourself to eat only Salad or any other low calorie food the next day)...
