hi my weight is 105 kg and height is 6feet ,, i want to loose weight fast about 20kg what do i do .... can you help me

hi, ur body mass index shows that u r in early obesity category. u could exercise regularly for 30-45 mins n take a balanced diet. eat less of high calorie food(deep fried, sweets ...) n more of veggies n fruits. be consistent in ur effort, weight loss takes time. exercise n wise eating is practical to follow forever.

Diet and exercise are both very important. I am the same situation as you - 105kg and 6ft. I live in the 5th floor of a an apartment building in Rome. I am Scottish and am constantly told that I will die young because I am Scottish. Rubbish. I do not have the lifestyle your typical Scotsman. Okay, I drink, but not often and not a lot....well, sometimes ;-) There are 100 steps from the ground floor to my apartment. I take 20 minutes, 3 times a week to do interval training on them. After those 20 minutes, I do squats, push-ups and sit-ups. I have also started to use yoga. Basically, my waistline is getting smaller, but my weight is not dropping much.

Small losses over a long period of time equates to less stress and happier people.

I cut out refined sugar. I stopped eating refined carbohydrates every day - pasta and bread once or twice a week won't kill me. I started just doing more.

I was in a situation like you, I was weighing 90kg and loss 5kg in just 6 weeks. But I realised that I am hurting myself too much I eat less than 1400 calories daily and sometime even less than 1000 calories. I started getting weaker day by day and now am trying to stick on 1600calories daily and am improving with a 30 minutes of cycling at 16km/h
