am 24,5.1 & weight is 60.how can i reduce weight mainly lower abdomain& thighs?can i use any product like gel and medicines?r they safe?

Hi, reducing weight by exercising and wise eating is safe and it is practical to continue (forever!). Ur body mass index shows that u r in normal range. Any increase will put u in overweight category. This is a wake-up call . Regularly walk or jog for 30 mins daily,eat less of sweets ,fried food,chocolates and more of vegetables n fruits. For abdomen and thighs , learn specific exercises from a physiotherapist.
