how can i improve my will power to reduce my weight i m 36 year old n 98kg woman i know what is wrong for my weight but cant control eating

Hi, am octavio and was weight was 140+. i reduce to 124 and then realized i need to reduce more weight. remember am a chef and i love food. i started to control food but it was not easy. so i decided to walk out when ppl serve food. i do not attend any parties or dine out. how i am 109 kgs and am looking forward to reduce to below 100 by this month end. i know its a tough ask but i set my goal. i cycle 30 kms a day sometime i cycle 60 kms. thats to break my regular habit. i don't take in sugar or any sweets. just stick to wheat, oats and veg's food. if you are really interested to reduce weight i will mail you a secret recipe of a drink that could help you reduce weight. you can make it at home and the cost of ingredients is not more than 20 IRS.
