EXERCISE FOR 30 MINS /DAY(walking,skipping,jogging,swimming or cycling), AVOIDING HIGH CALORIE FOOD LIKE SWEETS, SNACKS, CHOCOLATES, ICE CREAMS AND DEEP FRIED FOODS.
