HI, CHECK UR BODY MASS INDEX TO KNOW WHETHER U R IN HEALTHY RANGE,OVERWEIGHT, OBESITY OR SEVERE OBESITY. REGULAR EXERCISE AND DIET RESTRICTION CAN BE FOLLOWED FOR OVERWEIGHT AND EARLY OBESITY. U HAVE TO CONSULT OBESITY SPECIALIST FOR SEVERE OBESITY, WHO MAY SUGGEST SURGICAL OPTIONS. EXERCISE FOR 30 MINS /DAY , AVOIDING HIGH CALORIE FOOD IS BENEFICIAL FOR WEIGHT MANAGEMENT. YOU HAVE TO MAKE TIME FOR EXERCISE. PLAN AND PRIORITIZE, U WILL FIND THE TIME.
