For the last 5 weeks I’ve been going for it. How's everyone else doing?

I've been feeling positive and energised in my workouts and excited about my diet (cutting woo) and I hope that this feeling lasts. I want to stay this motivated and like I'm making progress with every food choice and gym workout.

Glad you're feeling good too! Any tips to stay the course for 5 weeks?

Cutting!? For anything in particular or is that just part of the lifecycle of your training?

Tips:

-Don't get sick!

-Don't forget the progress you've made

-Remember in the moment that the pain you are tempted to avoid isn't THAT painful and it's temporary anyway

-Share your journey with others, social media, etc.

-Have a goal (look hot by summer, etc.)

-Dream big: ultramarathon, etc.

These are great tips, thank you! I always forget how far I've come and only concentrate on what I have left to do. Fortunately I love exercise, it's mostly the food that lets me down. ;)

You're a star. Keep going! And post to let us know more as you go! Maybe a post on your experience of cutting and how you do it?
