Finding it difficult to get to a gym and pump iron so I've been doing push-ups and kettle-bell swings from home.
i had extensive polio affected my whole body so weight not a possibility I can barely lift a tea cup ! I can still walk a bit as exercise and I manage average 1500 step a day as wheelchair user mist if the time
Forbes is therefore challenging- I have a BMI of 20 but again meaningless as that assumes average fat/muscle distribution where as u have much reduced muscle - ageing polio muscles are also different from most as ANY over exertion can further damages them causing extra weakness.
As I say challenging so I use diet and very small short walk and stepper - probably NOT your normal person here !
