I would like to be more confident, look better and consider my body as part of myself! I always put much attention on my face, hair...but sometimes I neglect my body! It can sound wired but a lack of awareness make me put on a lot of weight!
How on earth are the percentages worked out on this poll?
I clicked all apart from getting married, but as much as its about wanting it is also about needing.. I want to lose weight because I am fed up of looking and feeling the way I do but want and need to lose weight to improve my health.

I want to feel more healthier, and gain more energy. I started to join my local keep fir class last week. Im going start exercising gently then slowly introduce more. I suffer with IBS fed-up with feeling tied all the time.
I have back problems amongst other things and i find it painful to walk. if i lost weight it would ease the pressure on my back and i might be able to do more excercise. I use a walking stick otherwise i stoop and i don't like that. I have not driven for nearly 2 yrs as i cannot turn my head to see traffic, due to crushed vertebre in my neck. My nearest bus stop is down the hill, which is approx 150yds. I cope with going down although i do have to stop due to pain but getting back home is a challenge and it can put me out of action the next day. I have to go up and down the hill i have no option but can only manage it once or twice a week. I cannot carry anything so have to use a trolley bag which is difficult to push up the hill. I am a diabetic with a underactive thyroid and fybromyalgia. Energy is something i do not have and i would like to have some.
I want to improve my health most especially because i want to be there for my family
I want to feel good - not just look it! Also exercising to alleviate depression. So guess it's for health reasons too!
So many reasons - I want to feel better about myself, more confident, I don't want to feel like a pariah in public because I'm so overweight. Equally don't want to be invisible any more.
I want to feel physically better - fitter to actually enjoy life.
I just want to feel normal, I don't want to stand out for being bigger than everyone else. In a way I just want to blend, to not stand out, to just be a regular person. that's why I want to loose weight.
I want to be able to go into any high street shop and buy clothes that fit and look good. And Im getting married next April and don't want to look back at hideous pictures in years to come!
I need to be in control of myself. I am what I eat
I am 2 stones overweight and I have Cirrhosis of the Liver. Some of the weight might be water but I can't wear about 75% of my clothes. I have suffered from depression for a long time. I feel fat ,ugly and horrible. I like to swim and going to the gym but I lack the motivation. It's a vicious circle.

Im almost 25 and i know that my metabolism isnt going to stay fast forever so im taking action NOW! save me alot of worry later. Plus I want to look good in a bikini, I'm not fat but have very weak muscles and need to work them out
I got Pco's and because of that m having difficulty getting pregnant so that's why o want to lose atleast 10kg to be in healthy bmi and got more chances to get pregnant.
I have a size 14 to a size22 guess which I am at the moment

Lost to many friends and family to ill health
I want to look good for my husband again. I want to look at mirrors again. I want more energy and less depression. I don't want to be lazy anymore and do things with my daughter as I should. I don't want to hate the way I look anymore. So many reasons.
personally i think being healthy and fit makes sex more interesting and fun. i am not being rude or anything but i feel i don't have my mojo anymore being 17stone
I want to feel more energetic as my get up & go has gone. I have 2 stone to lose & this time I'm going to stay there. I am setting myself a goal of exercising 15 minutes today & will work up from there.
I gained weight after I fractured ankle. I decided to start with the NewYear to follow 12week plan. I'm not one for new year resolutions as people generally don't stick to them. But this is different. It's a life change plan.
