Hi does anyone know if there’s anything you can take for PCOS from Holland and barrett?

I used to take vitabiotics pregnacare conception supplement from h&b. I wasn't trying to conceive but it seems to have all the general vitamins needed plus inositol that some people recommend for PCOS. I found my periods had smaller gaps between them. I don't take it any more as I'm on some other medication.

There's no evidence for vitamins working but I think it helped me.
