I'm so glad I found this group it looks a great place to find lots of new things to make I'm a vegetarian but want to try more vegan food too as my son and girlfriend are now vegans so I can maybe cook something for them

It is easier than ever before to become a vegan , with supermarkets really starting to cater for us now and most likely if you can not find the ingredients you need in the supermarket then your local health shop will normally have it.
