Apparently wrt Omega 3 we need ALA & EPA. How does a vegan get enough of both?

As a vegan you need to have a varied diet you can’t just eat what you fancy when you fancy it. You need to be extra mindful of where you’re nutrients are coming from.

The above are found in Walnuts, seeds, certain beans 🙂🌱
