Chemical fragrance nightmare

Hi everyone, this is my first post here. I was just wondering if anyone can make suggestions to ways in which I can stop my neighbours from affecting my air flow with their chemically fragranced products? I’ve tried speaking to them, writing, using hepa vacuum filters, air purifiers, a fan… Nothing is stopping them from blocking off my air flow to my home with their products and it makes me sick every time. I cannot move, else I would. Any recommendations for alternative things I could use? Thank you in advance!
