I live in Central Texas and every year from December to March, my allergies worsen. I have chronic nasal congestion all year, no matter what.. When my allergies flare up I also get a runny nose, it chy throat, ears, and eyes. I also seem to have body aches, like I have a fever, but I don't have a fever and severe malaise. Does anyone else experience this?

Hello Lilly,I have never taken any kind of contraception. However, I have had my hormone levels checked numerous times in the past, and they have always come back saying I was estrogen dominant. I had a naturopathic doctor say that we live in a world full of "xenoestrogens" fake or synthetic estrogens or chemical substances that mimic estrogen. It is in our water, food supply, air, even the everyday persinal care products we use. It is interesting to note that I also belong to another support group called severe pms (premenstrual syndrome). Thank you for your response and have a great day!

Well you could take natural progesterone cream to moderate the estrogen dominance

- progesterone moderates / calms down estrogen which is excititory and can cause autoimmune disorders and allergies

Check out Lara Briden .com she is very good nutritionist who writes alot about hormones

I live in Northern California & struggle with the symptoms you mention too. They seem to kick up in December also. My brother had suggested dust mites so I have been busy Spring cleaning.

I hadn’t considered juniper, although I’ve started tracking pollen counts & juniper runs high in my area. My symptoms seem to get worse by the year.

Your post says 4 months old, have you made any progress with your allergies? I’ve set up two air filters & agree with a relative they help.
