Allergies = Suffering

Hello: When I was a child I really suffered from allergies. Now, I'm what you would call "older" and the darn allergies are back. The worst one affects my sinuses and I get sick for at least three weeks. I stopped allergy shots several years ago. While taking the injections I had no sinus infections. Now I'm thinking at my age I have to start injections again! Any comments? Thanks.

When I was in nursing school I recall a instructor telling us that childhood allergies often return as one gets old. I do know that youngsters & seniors have less water content in their bodies compared to the years in between. Plus we have global warming now to perhaps make matters even worse at times. It seems from my vantage point the return of childhood allergies is par for the course.

A sibling likes to use a infrared sauna mounted in her closet for her allergies, but sorry I know nothing about them.
