How do I get a getting diagnosis

Help, im struggling to get diagnosed, GP are no help, they don't believe my symptoms, fobbed off with menopause. I need to have an epi pen and fast as my food triggers are getting worse but they wont give me one, anyone have any ideas on where I can turn, south Wales area, thanks

Hi, tell your doctor you would like a second opinion, with an expert on your condition. You could also ask NHS England for advice. Hope you get help, I know the feeling of no help. All the best.

I'm in the same situation a you

Record everything dates times in a diary

My gp wouldn't give me epi lens either

But I was referred after .y searching to Dr butt hematologist clatterbridge hospital

You need a blòod t ryptase test . Your gp can do this ...

Other option is private route which I am now pursuing

Have you tried to do a low histamine regime game changer for me . I was reacting to all histamine foods and now just stick to this regime and it's helped me loads ..not 100 per cent but a lot better than 3 stone weight loss when I hadn't a clue what was going on
