Does anyone have any experience with Xolair for reoccurring infections, a stubborn bladder infection, inflammation and mast cells that won’t calm down!? Thank you!

Hi JK, in the UK it's generally called by its generic name, omalizumab, in case others don't recognise it. It is approved for severe asthma and for chronic spontaneous urticaria here and those would be the diagnoses that it would be paid for on the NHS, which can be a constraint to people having the chance to try it for the symptoms you describe. I'm not sure what the connection would be between its mechanism of action and infections, but it would be certainly interesting to know if it helps if you get the opportunity to try it!
