The use of Benadryl Allergy Relief (Acrivastine) for fast acting relief. It has made a significant differences to my ability to keep going.

I'm not sure if this qualifies but the best masto-related medical advice I received was "Don't assume that all your symptoms are masto-related". It turns out that one of my symptoms (rectal bleeding) was in fact related to colon cancer and if my dermatologist hadn't sent me for a scan for that I probably wouldn't be here now!

That's really important advice. While mast cell diseases can affect lots of body systems, it's really important (life saving!) to rule out other reasons for symptoms.
