Today has been a bit of a non-day, I suppose all the stresses of the last couple of weeks have caught up with me and my female cycles and caused me go off kilter. I’ve also got the added bonus of endometriosis en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Endom... which gets worse around these times so it’s been beddy byes for me.Also something I forgot to mention previously when talking about Ariprazole was the fact that it did something weird to my periods, they were very light and just plain weird, so now I'm back to the proper endo style heavy periods. Oh, jolly. I did take with me the SEN green paper (exciting) but haven’t read much of it. If you excuse me I’m back off to bed. If you haven’t already please read my previous post about Personal Independence Payment and let me know what you think.

How badly does your endo affect your life Catherine? I had a full whip-it-all-out hyst last May and it's the best thing I have ever done. I'm 37, have 2 super boys (12 and 6, the eldest with TS & OCD, the youngest undiagnosed but looks a dead cert to me) and decided enough was enough. The pain, fatigue, moods etc...I couldn't go on much longer and now I have freedom from it all. The downside is, and I don't know if this is coincidence or not, that my TS has become MUCH stronger in nature since the op. Not sure if it's related to the change hormonally in me or what? Weird! xx

Up and down. I wouldn't consider surgery, although I'm also 37 I don't have any children, I'd love to have children so the nessecary bits are staying there.

My gynacologist's first treatment for me was the depoprvera jab, that was a nightmare, my tics went through the roof, my moods were horrendous!, I've been on my second brand of pill for about 2 1/2 years (I think) and it keeps a lot of the pain away, but now I'm having a short pill break as the aripiprozole made things a bit strange and maybe a break for the extra hormones might do me some good but I'll be in for some heavy blood loss.
