Chronic tics disorder

I have suffered with chronic tics for more than 7 years now,I shake my head uncontrollably from side to side,I also get really bad neck cramps and muscle spasams down my shoulders and back, I don't no anyone who has this same condition and I feel so alone with it.

Hey I kind of have it but I do foward or just small shakes and it is so annoying. For a week I stopped doing it but it's come back and doing a bit more. Wish there was a way to stop this from happening.

I too get muscle cramp which isn't much fun. This has got worse I have got older. I don't know if I have Tourettes. I have increasing problems for 12 years. I have made an appointment with Spiritual Healer for guidance. If he cannot help I think he has better chance of passing me on to whoever!

I get interference in my nose. But wherever there muscle endings I get attacks mostly pain. There are nerve endings in the eyes too. I get frequent burping, farting, coughing & yawning. Those are audible tics. Much more than the average person.
