My shoulders have been aching a lot recently. Could this be because I jerk and roll my shoulders a lot. Can I damage them by doing this?

Good morning to you and thanks for the question. Constant and long term tics can cause aches and pains. Some people find that sports, yoga, physio or massage can help with this. Tourettes Action have information on managing tics and you will also find a fact sheet on Pain and TS here: tourettes-action.org.uk/74-... Please email or call our Helpdesk for further information and support. help@tourettes-action.org.uk or 0300 777 8427. Best wishes. Julie
