Can you help?

Have you been recently diagnosed (within the last 12 months) with tinnitus and would you be happy to share your story with the media?

We're looking for someone available today (28 January 2025) for a quick chat about their experience.

If this is you, please send me a DM or email communications@tinnitus.org.uk

Thanks,

Jo

Hi, I’ve had tinnitus for 12 years and then 3 months ago it became so loud it stopped me from sleeping. Life changed. It was a 12 out of 10. Doctors bla bla don’t know anything but won’t say that. I’ve been a mess and close to the edge, not sleeping. However, This last week, every day I’ve been massaging with a very very very gentle vibrating massager up along my mastoid muscle and up to my neck, under ear/chin, where there has been excruciating pain and slowly every day working on these areas and yesterday my T was a low 3. Something to do with blood supply is my belief …. I’ll keep you posted!

Hi Jo

Only just seen this which is a shame as I would have been very happy to share my story - it's been a rough 12 months.

Happy to help in the future, if ever you need someone to talk to the media.

Thnx

Emma
