Sudden hearing lost and tinnitus

In group who has sudden hearing lost and tinnitus ? And how to cope share your story please.

My tinnitus was sudden onset in right ear. My primary doctor flushed out a lot of wax, but but my ear still was making a high pitched EEEE. I went to ENT who sent me to audiologist where I was diagnosed with moderate hearing loss. I had not noticed any hearing loss. I was fitted with hearing aids with a masking feature. I guess I am sort of getting used to it. I still have bad days and miss silence. Best wishes to you

My one ear is fully deaf.
