This one was to see if the time between one day of taking Ginkgo for an effect the following day can be reduced from 7 days down to 3 days. I can report success.
A recap: It is clear Ginkgo in its present preparation is not a cure for T. So, it would be a waste of time proving that taking 3 tablets a day for evermore does no good in that way. I'm also saving on the cost of this item. Instead, can Ginkgo when taken sporadically (that is, just for one day) have an effect the following day. It seems it does.
The emerging pattern: 3rd time now found that T was more profound than usual for at least 90 minutes on waking. Getting organised and it declines. It also comes on stronger than usual towards the evening. But for the hours in between I am free of T. Could I have been free of T anyway during those hours. Well yes, with variable T that can happen, but if you have say a social engagement to attend on the day if looks as if you can guarantee to be free of it. In other words, you can order the relief to design. The day after the relief T will return to how it is normally. I must also say that during the relief day, no Ginkgo is taken.
Any comments gladly received.
