Neck fans for masking pulsatile tinnitus

I recently bought one of those fans that go round your neck (very cheap on Amazon). Anyway it arrived today so gave it a try and discovered it also masks my pulsatile tinnitus!

So thought I’d share it here

Thanks for that info. I have found some weird sounds that block the tinnitus for a short time but it's bliss to have some silence. My latest is do a loud shush through your teeth. It calms it down immediately for me. Also a crackly bag and also when I flush the toilet it calms it a bit. Crazy I know! I will try the fan. All the best
