Hi hope you're all well. Been offered a manager position within the company. I think this could be good for me cause l find my present position getting boring l need to be challenged. My fear will be job might be bit more stressful but other rewards to .but I'm afraid l my play on my tinnitus but at the same time don't want ot to hold me back any advice.

Hi

Go for it , don’t let your Tinnitus stop you doing anything in life . I find the more I do & the busier I am then it’s less time to think about it .

SUS, if you let tinnitus run your life then it’s won the battle, As Yogachamp says, the more you can distract yourself the better the tinnitus behaves - and what a distraction a wonderful new job is!
