I think many posters have replied to your posts over the last few months saying that CBT might well help you. You know by now that there is no “cure”, just ways to help you deal with it so that it just doesn’t bother you.
Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is a talking therapy that can help you manage your problems by changing the way you think and behave, so it could well help you to manage your tinnitus.
Try mindfulness. I did a postgraduate course to become a CBT practitioner. Did really well but hated the approach, so there is no way I'm ever doing cbt for tinnitus. Ifor me finding ways to relax and sound therapy work. It's up to you to find what works cbt might work for you.
