Someone tell me some tablets that you can get that relieves you even for an hour. Someone must have some clue???

Try Gingko Biloba. Read up about it. I just take one in the morning for general well being.

If there was something that would really really help then it would be on this forum and on the website of the BTA already.

I’ve tried gingko biloba as Minnie’s says, but it’s done nothing for me personally.

You would take the L theanine as suggested by AldoArgentina on this forum - it will not away the T - but could take the edge of it and lower volume a bit

what does yr tinnitus sound like ? is it both sides ?

A high pitched fuzz, a high pitched tinging noise and a low groaning noise. Great fun!!

my T is a bit like this as well - is it ALL the time ? Is it loud all the time ?

My tinnitus is loud , all the time

are you able to work ? or has the tinnitus restricted yr life - it has restricted my life quite a lot

I find it hard to get through the day and have to avoid noisy places/people so no work. More time to sit with my T
