Menier's disease

has anyone had trouble with dizziness/tinnitus/unable to focus eyes and coexisting thyroid issues?

I've been diagnosed with Menier's disease, I had a total thyroidectomy December last year 2021. I've been swinging from hypo to hyper since trying to adjust my medication dose.

For the last 2 months I've been experience Menier's like symptoms and was wondering if anyone's has similar situation as a result of thyroid problems?
