Does anybody have a constant brain fog with T. what I mean is it’s permanent pressure in your head and permanent pressure in ears. Just cant seem to shift the pressure & the drowsy feeling. It’s constantly there. And clicking in my ears. I could live with the T. It’s just a constant pressure in my head and Ears that I’m struggling with

Hi Lewis ,I did suffer with similar issues, although it much better now I found that using masssge techniques on the neck and around the temples did relieve it, there is some information on YouTube you can look at,

Took a while but it's not to bad now, only first thing in the morning it seems to be bad tends to go once I'm up and about!

Sorry I can't be if more help!!

Idk when I get spikes, that’s why I’ve just had Blood tests, awaiting results. I’ve also got an abscess in my mouth which can affect the ears.Getting it sorted at 11:30 today.. a slow build up infections can affect the ears, neck, jaw.

The Throbbing you talk about, I especially get that when my Anxiety levels are off the chart.

.. My Acupuncturist could feel the pulsatile throbbing my just rubbing her hands giving me a massage.. pent up tension.,

High Blood pressure.?

Investigate & utilise everything out there.

I wish you well…

Stay positive.

Daniel

Your welcome…..

Hi Lewis I get this on and off. Sleep and pacing myself really helps. Sometimes just go slow if you can. I also find cinnarzine helps with the ear pressure. I slept for 9 hours last night which was a first! Sleep is a big help. All the best x
