Good Morning, I would like to wish each and every one of you a Happy Christmas and a peaceful New Year. To the BTA... Thank you for your healing words of wisdom.

I'm off to the audiologist to get a hearing aid, I'll have 2, double barrel.. Lol.

I'm not sure if they will help but I will persist in keeping both in. I seem to be having another loud day I do think it's stress related, due to the time of year.

However I've had a couple of good days where the T has been quite, yahoooo love those days.

It has a pattern of behaviour I feel, sometimes anyway. My husband just gets on with his tinnitus sound and says it's part of him, I however get a little annoyed and stressed with mine, which doesn't help at all.

Anyway here's hoping for a few quiet days for all of us. Hope you're Christmas goes to plan whatever you do. I know that it's a difficult time of year for some people and I would like to send my good thoughts and love to you. X
