It is worth pointing out that the ingredients of this product do seem subject to change - the product you see advertised may differ from the product as seen in stores.

The BTA's guidance is that dietary supplements are not recommended as tinnitus therapies or treatments - there is little evidence available that they have any effect on tinnitus.
