It's a bit up & down at the moment. How are you? I read on another thread that you were having a tough(er) time. I'm sorry to hear that. It can feel like two steps forward one step back can't it .. but we have our furry friends 🙂

Well I know , it’s a nightmare really , I do try hard as I’m sure you do, just want to be normal. I don’t want this horrible ear/head fullness and pressure . But there you go, we have got it, and yes we have got our dedicated furry friends!!!!

Yes & no. I've got mixed feelings about JCH. Some of his ideas are very helpful; others not so much. You could check out his video channel on you tube to get the idea. Glad you enjoyed Baguley & co. That's my T bible.

There are so many T books out there and i wonder if a lot of them are just money spinners and tell nothing new

I think some people are genuine. They find something that works for them and write about it but it won't necessarily work for everyone. JCH cured his own T with craniosacral therapy so he trained as a therapist and now offers it to other people.

Haha. There are a couple of other books people have recommended though I've not read either of them yet . Rewiring Tinnitus: Glen Schweitzer & Rock Steady: Joey Remenyi .
