Thanks have tried that like a lot of things sometimes they work other times they do not have tried mindfulness meditation even went on a course but every time I’m just getting in to the zone it’s like my T knows what I’m doing and ups the volume and tone and I’m back to square one.i still do it every day.
Hi, I've suffered from tinnitus for a year and a half now. It's all the time and in both ears, constant ringing. I have days when it's through the roof. I can honestly say, breathing exercises do help. I was on meds in the beginning for anxiety because anxiety does make tinnitus worse but I've now come off the meds due to working on my breathing exercises and I did have quite a few sessions of TRT which has worked a treat for me. I still have days where I feel low but most days I'm able to either shut it out for a while or not let it get me stressed. I also found listening to music helped, there are few apps out there that you can download for free regarding music for tinnitus sufferers.
