I had tinnitus 3 years ago for 6months then i have had 2. 6 years of freedom from the noise. But 3 months ago i have had a return of the noises in one side or the other sine of my head and in the padt week it is continuous throughout the day. It varies from a high pitched sound to a low pitch sound.

Well, T does come and go and does change. You might want to see your doctor and be referred to an audiologist for advice and help. In the meantime, relaxation techniques are very helpful.
